1. Have you had any of the following respiratory symptoms?
Cough or Shortness of breath
at least TWO of these symptoms: Fever; Chills; Repeated shaking with chills; Muscle pain; Headache; Sore throat; New loss of taste or smell; Vomiting; Diarrhea
If YES to any, you must reschedule your appointment for 14 days. If NO to all, proceed to question 2.
2. Have you worked with or been in company with anyone with recognized COVID-19 cases?
If YES, you must reschedule your appointment. If NO, you are ok to keep your appointment.
When visiting the salon, here are some new protocols that must be followed:
*Please use the available touchless hand sanitizer mounted near the salon entrance when you enter and leave the salon.
*Per NYS, you must wear a face mask while in the salon.
*Please sign in when you arrive for your appointment.
*Reception/waiting area is closed and not available for use.
*Restrict your visit to the styling area and restroom.
*Shaking hands, touching, or hugging are not permitted.
*Magazines or books will not be available.
*Your cell phone – please feel free to use, of course.
*Clients may not touch items in the salon. Stylist will spray or pour product into your hand if you desire.
*Try to refrain from moving from one chair to another chair.
*Only clients with appointments will be able to enter the salon so please come alone or have people accompanying you wait in the car or outside on the bench.
We have installed an automatic light switch, touchless soap dispenser and touchless paper towel dispenser in the restroom to reduce high touch areas. We will sanitize chairs, workstations and tools after each client, and as always fresh lines (towels & capes) will be used for each client.
